$400 security deposit required for damage or loss. $75 cleaning fee per week. Security deposit will be refunded after the property is inspected and cleaned. For the comfort of our guests, no smoking or pets. All reservations require 50% deposit of the total lodging cost within 7 days of booking. Holidays and special events require final payment 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Please note that this property is available only for vacation rentals for a maximum of 8 people. No parties, weddings, or entertainment events are allowed without prior approval. Security deposits are automatically forfeited if any of entertainment events occur without approval of ownership.
